I lived in Upper Darby and early in my life would take the elevated to visit my aunts in North Philadelphia. I later took the el to Temple and then to a job in the city. As I rode from 69th street to where the line sink beneath the street at 46th, I was fascinated with the colors, energy, beauty and eclecticness of this area of Philadelphia.

This is my tribute to the architecture and to the people who call West Philly their home.
